Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the mince, garlic, tomatoes, herbs and seasoning to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Add half of the mozzarella and mix well. Divide the zucchinis in half lengthways and scoop out the pulp.
Place the hollowed-out zucchini halves in a baking tray and fill with the mince mixture.
Top with the remaining mozzarella and bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
