Yoghurt Garlic Dip

Ingredients

250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
1 garlic clove , crushed
grated zest  of 1 lemon
15 ml lemon juice
10 ml salt flakes
30 ml fresh parsley , chopped

Method

Add the yoghurt, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and parsley to a serving bowl and mix through.

Enjoy it on your favourite veggie snack platter.
