Toppings:
In a large bowl, add the mince, onion, garlic, mint, salt, pepper, oregano and paprika. Use you hands to mix together well and divide into 5 balls.
Heat a nonstick pan to medium-high heat. Place 1 meat ball in the centre, then top with a pita bread. Use a burger press or heavy saucepan to smash it down as flat as you can.Â
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mince is cooked through, then flip over and cook for 30-60 seconds.
Repeat with the remaining meat balls/pita breads.
To serve:
Spoon some Tzatziki Dip De’lite into the centre of the burger, then top with tomato, cucumber, onion, feta and dill. Serve immediately and enjoy!
