Pull Apart Cheesy Sliders

Ingredients

8 mini burger buns
75 ml basil pesto
6 LANCEWOOD® Cheddar Slices
500 ml LANCEWOOD® Grated Mozzarella , melted
60 ml garlic butter , melted

Method

Preheat the oven to 190oC. 

Slice the buns in half and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. 

Spread the bottom half with pesto. Top with cheese slices and then mozzarella. 

Place the top half on top and brush with garlic butter.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Hints & Tips: 

Add a few slices tomato and onion.

Sprinkle a layer of biltong powder on the cheese slices before adding the mozzarella.
