Mini Hamburgers 3-ways

Ingredients

Patties:

1 kg beef mince
5 ml salt
5 ml freshly ground black pepper
5 ml oregano
5 ml garlic powder
5 ml onion powder
25 g breadcrumbs
30 ml Worcestershire sauce
2 egg(s)
15 ml olive oil

For serving:

12 mini burger buns
LANCEWOOD Jalapeño Chutney DIP&TOP™  or mayonnaise
lettuce
tomato(es) , sliced
LANCEWOOD® Cheddar Slices
LANCEWOOD Sauce Delightâ„¢ Mushroom Sauce
fried onion rings

Method

Patties:
Using a mixing bowl, add the mince, salt and pepper, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce and eggs and mix until well combined.

Shape into 12 small balls and press to flatten into patties.

Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the patties for 5 minutes on each side.

For serving:
Spread each burger bun bottom with dip or mayonnaise and top with lettuce and a slice of tomato.

Add the patties and a slice of cheese. Top with mushroom sauce or dip and a fried onion.

Enjoy as a delicious meal or snack on game day!
