In a separate bowl, beat the cottage cheese, yoghurt, egg and vanilla together until smooth. Add the mashed bananas, oats, oat brand and xylitol. Cover and leave to stand for 1 hour.
Sift in the baking powder and mix through. Spoon the mixture into silicone cupcake holders or large ice cube trays. Top with blueberries or pecan nuts. Place in the air fryer and air fry at 155oC for 15 minutes.
