Create NowPour the orzo pasta into a medium sized pot and add in boiling water.Â
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.Â
Once the orzo pasta is cooked, strain out the water and pour out the orzo onto a clean and lined baking tray. Allow it to cool completely.Â
In a small bowl combine the paprika, thyme, garlic powder and onion powder in a bowl and mix.Â
Season three chicken breasts well with the above spices, on both sides.Â
Add olive oil to a flat based pan, and sear the chicken breasts until they are cooked through.Â
Add the cooled orzo to a large bowl.Â
Add in the chopped red onion, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.Â
Then add in 5 tablespoons of Lancewood Chives Cottage cheese and mix everything well.Â
Cut chicken breasts into strips.Â
Add the orzo pasta salad to your lunchbox containers, top with the seasoned chicken breasts.Â
Leave in the fridge until you are ready to pack your lunch.Â
