Using a bowl, add the cottage cheese, yoghurt, garlic powder, dried thyme and salt and mix together. Set aside.
Chicken:
In a separate bowl, add sliced chicken breasts, turmeric, cumin, onion powder, paprika, mixed herbs, garlic salt, oregano and lemon juice and mix together.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken mix until browned.
Add the peppers and onion to the pan and sauté until the peppers are soft.
To finish:
Divide the mixture into four and place the mixture in the center of each warmed tortilla.
Add the grated cheese and dip.
Fold and roll the tortilla together tightly.
Cut in half and enjoy as a light lunch or add it to your lunchbox.
