Kids lunchbox 3-ways

Ingredients

Healthy cheese lunchbox:

tortilla wraps
LANCEWOOD® Cheddar Slices
streaky bacon
slices of tomato

Ham & cheese skewer lunchbox:

LANCEWOOD® Cheddar Slices
crackers
carrots  cut into sticks

Fold-over wrap lunchbox:

2 slices white bread
peanut butter
jam
LANCEWOOD® Cheddar Slices
ham
pineapple

Method

Healthy cheese lunchbox:
Make a cut in the tortilla from the centre to the bottom edge

Place the bacon, avocado, tomato slices and cheese slices onto each of the 4 corners.

Fold the bottom left section onto the top left, then fold this over onto the right and then onto the bottom.

Heat the oil/ butter in a frying pan. Toast the wrap for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. 

Cut the wrap in half and place in a lunchbox, then add blueberries, mini pretzels, cucumber sticks and a Lancewood yoghurt.

Ham & cheese skewer lunchbox:
Roll the cheese slices up and add to a lunchbox.

Fill the lunchbox with the remaining ingredients.

Fold-over wrap lunchbox:
Make peanut butter and jam sandwich and use a cookie cutter to cut out a fun shape.

Fold each cheese slice in half and then in half again. Slice into 2 wedges and place on the mini skewer, followed by a piece of ham and a piece of pineapple, then another wedge of cheese slice. 

Add to a lunchbox together with the sandwich, popcorn, grapes and a Lancewood Drinking Yoghurt.
