Indulgent Mini Trifle

Ingredients

Lemon Cheesecake trifle:

150 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Lemon Cheesecake Flavoured Yoghurt
6 mini Tennis biscuits
8 blueberries
lemon zest , and mint to finish

 

Chocolate trifle:

150 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Chocolate Flavoured Yoghurt
1 lamingtons
3 strawberries
A few mint leaves

 

Turkish Delight trifle:

150 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Turkish Delight Flavoured Yoghurt
80 ml raspberry jam , chopped
6 pistachios , chopped

Method

Lemon cheesecake trifle:
Spoon the yoghurt into a serving glass. Place a layer of Tennis biscuits on top. Top with blueberries and finish with lemon zest and mint. Enjoy!

Chocolate trifle:
Spoon the yoghurt into a serving glass. Cut the lamington into small blocks and place on top of the yoghurt. Slice the strawberries and place on top. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!

Turkish Delight trifle:
Spoon the yoghurt into a serving glass. Spoon the jelly on top and sprinkle the chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
