Trifle

Ingredients

230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese , room temperature
360 g caramel treat
125 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Chocolate Flavoured Yoghurt
250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Vanilla Yoghurt
150 g Peppermint Crisp , 3 x 49g bars chopped
200 g coconut biscuits
10 mini Tennis biscuits
8 fresh cherries
mint sprigs

Method

In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and caramel until smooth. Add the chocolate yoghurt and mix through.

Place a third of the crushed biscuits in the bottoms of six glasses and sprinkle a third of the chocolate on top. Top with half the caramel mixture and then the vanilla yoghurt. 

Repeat the layers and finish with peppermint crisp and coconut biscuits. Arrange a few mini tennis biscuits on top and top with the cherries and fresh mint.
