Homemade Fish Paste

Ingredients

230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
12 anchovy fillets
212 g canned sardines in oil 
30 ml tomato paste
salt  to taste

Method

Combine cream cheese, anchovy fillets, canned sardines and tomato paste in a food processer and process until smooth.

Add salt to taste.

Spoon into jars and refrigerate. Use within 3 days.

Serve on buttered toast and sprinkle with grated LANCEWOOD® Cheddar.
