2 boiled eggs, canned tuna, smoked chicken
In a bowl, mix together the cucumbers, yellow pepper, onions, tomatoes, olives, capers, dill and mint.
Add the olive oil, lemon juice and dried oregano together and toss together. Season to taste.
Add any of the optional additions.
Arrange the lettuce on each wrap. Top with cottage cheese and the mixture.
Roll up tightly to enclose the filling and cut into 2 cm pinwheels.
Enjoy as a high protein lunchbox snack.
