Frozen Yoghurt Bark

Ingredients

Turkish delight & pistachio: 

250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Turkish Delight Flavoured Yoghurt
75 g white chocolate , melted
45 ml pistachio nuts , chopped
freeze dried strawberries , crushed 

Double chocolate & pretzel: 

250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Chocolate Flavoured Yoghurt
75 g milk chocolate , melted
60 ml shortbread , covered in red, green and white chocolate
125 g pretzels  or or 60 ml crushed chocolate covered shortbread balls 

Tropical yoghurt with toasted coconut: 

250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Lactose Free Tropical Fruit Yoghurt
75 g white chocolate , melted
60 ml coconut shavings , toasted
60 ml dried banana chips
45 ml granadilla pulp

Lemon cheesecake:

250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Lemon Cheesecake Flavoured Yoghurt
75 g white chocolate , melted 
60 ml blueberries  (optional) 
lemon zest , grated
mint sprigs

Method

Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Mix the melted chocolate into the yoghurt with an electric beater in a thin stream. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet it and spread out evenly to more or less 1 cm thickness.

Top with your preferred flavour toppings. Freeze until firm and break into pieces.
