French Toast

Ingredients

2 extra large egg(s)
125 ml milk
15 ml cake flour
salt , a pinch
4 slices white bread
butter  for frying

 

To serve:

LANCEWOOD® Cheddar
LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese

Method

Beat together the eggs, milk, cake flour and salt. Pour into a shallow dish. Dip the bread in the mixture until well soaked on both sides. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry until golden on both sides.

Serve with LANCEWOOD Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese and grated LANCEWOOD® Cheddar.

HINTS & TIPS:
Use hot cross buns or any other bread of your choice instead of white bread.
