Festive Jarcuterie

Ingredients

175 g LANCEWOOD DIP&TOPâ„¢ , or DIPde'lite, any flavour of your choice
125 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Smoked Ham Cream Cheese
LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella
LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Sweet Chilli Cream Cheese , or any flavour of your choice

Method

Using either glasses or jars, spoon a layer of Lancewood® DIP&TOP™ or DIPde'lite of your choice into the bottom of the glasses or jars. 

Kebab Stick Variations:

  • Spread Smoked Ham Flavoured Cream Cheese onto the sliced ham and then add the gherkin inside and roll up. Cut into 2cm slices and tread onto short kebab sticks. 

  • Spread Plain Cream Cheese onto the sliced salami. To make a triangle, fold it in half twice.
  • Cut the Mozzarella into cubes and thread together with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves onto short kebab sticks.
  • Spread small biscuits like mini Cheddars with any Cream Cheese flavour and sandwich the biscuits together. Stick them onto a short kebab stick.
  • Cut the Cheddar into small blocks and thread onto short kebab sticks together with salami, gherkins or cherry tomatoes. 
  • Thread grapes and cubed cheddar onto kebab sticks.
  • Thread olives onto short kebab sticks.

Prepare the various kebab sticks and stick into the jars. Enjoy!
