Easy Mushroom Pasta Cups

Ingredients

250 g pasta shells , cooked
5 ml garlic , crushed
2 egg(s)
85 g LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar , grated
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delightâ„¢ Mushroom Sauce

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Place the pasta shells, garlic, eggs, cheese and mushroom sauce in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.

Spoon the mixture into a prepared six cavity muffin pan. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve on their own or as a yummy lunchbox addition.
