Method
Heat a pot over medium-high heat and add the butter, garlic and onion. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
Add the jalapeños and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add the white sauce, chicken stock, salt, oregano, pepper and paprika and mix through.
Add the chicken and cheese and mix together. Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve the soup with a topping of your choice and enjoy warm.
