Create NowIn a bowl, beat the cottage cheese, cocoa powder and castor sugar together until smooth. Add the coffee and beat for a further 2 minutes until thick and silky smooth. Spoon into 4 small serving cups or glasses.
Spoon the cooled melted chocolate on top and spread out evenly. Place the melted white chocolate into a small plastic zip lock bag and snip off a tiny corner. Drizzle over the chocolate.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
