Chocolate Parfait

Ingredients

1 brownie , cut into 2 cm cubes
250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Chocolate Flavoured Yoghurt
80 ml mini marshmallows
30 ml speckled eggs

Method

Use a 6 cm in diameter x 10 cm high Maison or glass jar with a lid of your choice.

Place the brownie in the bottom of the jar and press down firmly.

Layer with half the yoghurt and the mini marshmallows.

Layer with the remaining yoghurt and speckled eggs.

Close the jar and refrigerate until needed.

HINTS & TIPS:

  • Cut a marshmallow chocolate covered Easter egg in half and stick it on top with the cut sides facing outwards to resemble bunny ears.
  • Replace the speckled eggs with Zoo cookies.
  • Replace the brownie with a chocolate muffin.
