To serve:
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.Â
Place the wrap the baking sheet.
Mix the tomato paste, sugar, dried basil and a salt. Spread evenly on the wrap. Sprinkle the cheese over.Â
Arrange the chicken, onion and tomatoes on top.
Bake for 8 – 10 minutes until golden and bubbling and edges turns brown.
Top with shredded basil, rocket and avocado.
Air fryer
Alternatively – bake in the air fryer at 200°C for 7 – 8 minutes.Â
