Chicken & Corn One Pot Pasta

Ingredients

300 g pasta
500 ml boiling water
250 ml milk
250 ml whole kernel corn
500 g chicken breast(s) , cooked & cut into pieces
60 ml fresh parsley , chopped
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
250 ml LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar , grated

Method

Place the pasta, boiling water and milk in a pot over medium heat and cook for 15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked through.

Stir in the corn, chicken pieces, cream cheese, parsley and seasoning.

Mix until well combined and the cream cheese has melted.

Sprinkle over grated white cheddar and serve.
