Create NowHeat the oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower rice until soft.
Add the salt and garlic powder to the pan and stir.
Remove from the heat and place cooked rice mixture in a bowl.
Add the grated cheese and cottage cheese to the bowl and mix.
Scoop into balls using two spoons or shape them using your fingers.
Line the Air fryer basket with baking paper and add spoonfuls of the mixture.
Air fry at 175°C for 8-10 minutes.Â
To finish:
Serve with your favourite Lancewood Dip & Top.
