Mauris faucibus venenatis ante. Sed aliquet, ex et molestie vestibulum, leo ante placerat libero, in tempor ipsum dui vel tortor. Aliquam quis tortor elementum, pharetra ante a, venenatis lacus. To finish:
1. Sift the flour, castor sugar, baking powder and salt together.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the sour cream, milk, butter and egg together.
3. Add a little at a time to the dry ingredients and mix to form a smooth batter.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry tablespoons of the mixture until golden on the one side. Flip over and fry until golden on the other side.
5. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
To finish:
Serve topped with cottage cheese, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
