Breakfast Bun

Ingredients

15 ml butter
3 streaky bacon
1 large egg
1 hamburger buns
30 ml butter , melted
2 LANCEWOOD® Cheddar  slices
2 LANCEWOOD® Gouda  slices
15 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese

Method

Add the 1 tablespoon of butter to a warmed pan, once the butter starts to sizzle, add your three strips of macon.

Flip macon over after it has browned then remove from the heat.

To the same pan, crack one large egg and fry to your liking.

Slice 2 pieces of Lancewood cheddar cheese and another 2 slices of Lancewood Gouda cheese.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brush on to the sliced bun.

Air fry the bun for 4 minutes at 165C.

Spread a thick layer of Lancewood cream cheese on to the base of the buns.

Then add 2 slices of Lancewood cheddar cheese.

Add the strips of macon.

Add the fried egg.

Top with another 2 slices of Lancewood Gouda cheese and enjoy!
