Amarula Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
160 ml Amarula  to taste 
75 g dark chocolate , melted
cocoa powder  for dusting 
edible flower(s)  for decorating 

Method

Beat the cream cheese and half of the Amarula together until smooth.

Add the remaining Amarula and beat until smooth.

Add the melted chocolate in a thin stream while beating continuously. Scrape down the sides and beat until light and fluffy.

Spoon into 4 small glass dishes or into serving glasses/wine glasses. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve sprinkled with cocoa powder. Decorate with fresh flowers.
