Air Fryer Vetkoek with Jam & Cheese and Cream Cheese & Biltong

Ingredients

250 g prepared bread dough
60 ml oil , for brushing
300 ml LANCEWOOD® Cheddar , grated
80 ml apricot jam
250 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Sweet Chilli Cream Cheese
250 ml biltong

Method

Line the basket of an air fryer with baking paper.

Roll the dough into gold ball sized balls.

Bursh generously with oil and place in the air fryer basket.

Air fry for 6 to 7 minutes until golden brown. Cut open and place on a serving board with cheese, jam, biltong and cream cheese. 

Allow gusts to fill their own vetkoek and enjoy!
