15 minute Boerewors & Gouda Skewers

Ingredients

600 g boerewors
a red onion
200 g cherry tomato(es)
150 g LANCEWOOD® Gouda
1 tsp parsley , chopped
250 g LANCEWOOD Sweet Red Pepper DIP&TOPâ„¢

Method

Slice the boerewors into 3-4cm pieces.

Chop the onion into wedges.

Skewer a piece of boerewors, then a cherry tomato, an onion wedge and another piece of boerewors. Leave enough space on the skewer for a block of cheese.

Air Fry the skewers at 200oC for 10 minutes, turning halfway.

Cut the Gouda into cubes whilst waiting for the skewers to cook.

Remove the skewers and add a block of Gouda to each one. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve immediately with your favourite LANCEWOOD Dip and enjoy!
