15-min Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

350 g Portabellini mushrooms
150 g LANCEWOOD® Smokey Onion & Mustard Cream Cheese
150 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Sweet Chilli Cream Cheese
35 g Parmesan , grated

 

Garnish: 

15 ml fresh coriander , chopped

Method

Use a teaspoon to fill some of the mushrooms with Smokey Onion & Mustard Cream Cheese.

Fill the remaining mushrooms with Sweet Chilli Cream Cheese.

Press each mushroom into the grated Parmesan until the cream cheese is fully coated.

Air fry at 200oC for about 7 minutes or until the Parmesan is crispy and golden.

Place on a platter and garnish with coriander.

Enjoy as a half-time snack on game day!
